What are the different phases of a mission?
The duration of a mission usually varies
between 6 and 18 months.
Its implementation involves several key stages.

Diagnosis
A diagnostic assessment is systematically conducted at the start of the assignment to propose an appropriate action plan. The duration of this assessment varies, depending on the type and duration of the assignment, from one to three weeks. In some cases, the assessment may lead to a refocusing of the assignment. Following the assessment, an action plan is developed and approved.

Mission accomplishment
Mission execution corresponds to the operational progress of the mission. This includes the implementation of the action plan. The mission's progress is reviewed regularly, weekly or monthly, depending on the mission's requirements.

Transmission
A handover is ensured at the end of the assignment. This then results in an end-of-assignment report. But handover also occurs throughout the assignment. Since the assignment is, by definition, of a fixed duration, it is essential that internal teams take ownership of the actions taken as they unfold, without waiting for the end. Throughout the assignment, a manager carries out the assignment within the company, with the support of a project director responsible for its supervision, who also manages client relations. Within Ingaged, other managers on our team can also be called upon for support, and even reinforcement, if multiple areas of expertise need to be brought together.
